Wild Red rice

Wild red rice is a whole grain rice rich in fiber, vitamins, proteins, trace elements and mineral salts (especially iron).

A deliciously nutty wild red rice grown traditionally in Piemonte.  Its quality lies in both the grain selection and traditional stone husking, a gentle process that results in optimum nutrient and flavour.  It is fantastic when combined with strong, hearty flavours and often used in salads.
