For 2/3 servings. Traditionally made with Tagliatelle (not Spaghetti!) for a classic Italian meal. Cook enough egg pasta for 2–3 people until it is “al dente”. In the meantime, heat the Sauce in a large pan. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the sauce and stir well.
You can also use the Bolognese Meat Sauce to prepare a delicious Lasagne al Forno – another classic dish from Emilia-Romagna.
