Sausage and Mushroom Ragù

A tasty sauce with a typically Alpine flavour, made with sausage and mushrooms, with each ingredient is prepared slowly to preserve its natural aromas and provide you with a healthy and wholesome product.

Perfect for seasoning egg pasta, such as tagliatelle or pappardelle, or with polenta.  This Ragù combines the savory flavor of pork with the aroma of the forest.  It can be prepared "in rosso" with tomato sauce or "in bianco" with wine and broth.
