Made with chilli peppers grown in Salento, this bold condiment adds a fiery kick to any dish.

A wonderful hot touch to try on pizza or frisa (Typical from Puglia), in a spaghetti dish with garlic and olive oil, or as a boost to meat dishes.  The Salento Bomba Pâté awakens the appetite and makes every bite irresistible.  Crafted with chilli peppers from the fields in Salento and hand-picked between August and October.

Each pepper is meticulously prepared by hand and cured in salt, before ground to produce the beloved Salento Bomba Pâté.  A true explosion of flavour.
