Italian Carnaroli rice, dried porcini mushrooms and onion. May contain traces of gluten, tree nuts, molluscs, soy, and celery.

Made with the finest ingredients that are prepared individually with no artificial colorings or added fats. In addition to Italian Carnaroli rice, they are only prepared with Italian vegetables, fruits, and nuts, and with a delicate hint of onion or leek, depending on the preparation.

Each risotto preserves the characteristics and authentic flavor of the ingredients it contains, making them highly prized because they are tasty, delicate, healthy, easy to cook, and ready in 18 minutes.

Preparation:  Heat two liters of broth in a pot and keep it hot. In a separate pan, melt a knob of butter or two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, as you prefer.  Pour in the risotto straight from the package and toast it for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.  Add a glass of good white wine to taste and let it evaporate while stirring.  Using a ladle, begin adding the boiling broth, stirring occasionally to prevent the rice grains from sticking to the pan.  Once cooked, stir in a knob of butter.
