Pesto Genovese

The traditional and wonderful Ligurian Pesto, made with Genoese Basil D.O.P. 39%, Extra virgin olive oil, cheese Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P, walnuts, cheese Pecorino Romano D.O.P. (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, salt, garlic.

May contain other nuts, peanuts and egg proteins.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, store in the fridge at 4°C covered in oil and consume within 5 days.
