Pepper Pâté

From the sunny summers in the Apulia, this Pâté is prepared sweet red peppers paired with eggplants and dried tomatoes.  A jar full of natural ingredients, hand-harvested and processed with care, without artificial preservatives.

This rustic pâté is a complete experience, with sweet red peppers from gardens in Salento carefully blended with aubergine, dried tomatoes and a hint of chilli to create a pâté that perfectly captures the essence of summers in the Med.

The ingredients are picked and processed by hand, before blending to achieve an ideal balance of flavours whilst remaining true to tradition.  So much more than a pepper pâté, this is a journey to Apulia where a quick taste takes you straight to southern Italy.
