Penne rigate Pasta made from organic Cappelli durum wheat, a variety known for its distinctive flavor and nutritional benefits.  Produced by the Felicetti family, renowned for their reputation of artisanal pasta-making for over a century.

Carefully produced using traditional methods to preserve its texture and taste, this is one of the most utilised pasta formats in Italy, where the name changes in different regions.

The large diameter and ridges make it ideal for retaining sauces on the entire surface, such as chunkier meat and vegetable piece sauces, as well as refined dairy sauces such as mushroom cream, tomato sauces, or spicy sauces.  Penne is also delicious in baked casserole dishes, known as “pasta al forno."
