Made with only the finest Italian durum wheat semolina to create traditional Orecchiette following an age old tradition.

Cooking time: 10-12 minutes. Contains gluten.

A very versatile format, recommended to prepare for a wide range of vegetable based dishes such as broccoli & sausage or anchovies, tomato & rocket, aubergine & roasted peppers, chickpea sauces and prawn & courgette.  A format that's really easy to experiment with.
