Made with the finest Italian durum wheat semolina to create traditional Ligurian trofie, a tapered pasta made following a very traditional recipe.

Cooking time: 18 minutes. Contains gluten.

Typically used to prepare Pesto alla Genovese, it can also be used with a wider range of creamy sauces such as Walnut, tomato based, vegetables and even porcini mushroom.  A format worth experimenting with.
