Farro Rigatini - Spelt Pasta

Farro Rigatini is a premium pasta crafted from organic emmer (spelt) wheat, a grain celebrated for its rich history and distinctive flavor.  Produced by the Felicetti family, renowned for their reputation of artisanal pasta-making for over a century.

The pasta is bronze-drawn and slow-dried at low temperatures to preserve its flavor and nutritional value, releasing a delicate fragrance reminiscent of fresh hazelnut and grilled aubergine when cooked.
