Liguritio is obtained by cold pressing a combination of carefully selected Italian olives to obtain a versatile oil that's medium fruity with hints of herbs.  Its characteristics make it an essential ingredient in the finest dishes because its delicate aroma does not camouflage the flavors, rather it enhances them.
