Duck Ragù

An artisan producer of Duck Ragù producing a luxurious, smooth sauce that's often slow-cooked with white wine and fine aromatics.  Perfect for seasoning pasta dishes, with potato gnocchi or accompanying warm crostini.

Pasta: Combine with Bigoli, Tagliatelle, or wide Fettuccine.

Preparation: Warm the sauce gently in a pan over low heat - Do not let it boil. Once your pasta is cooked al dente, toss the pasta directly into the skillet with a splash of pasta water to let the sauce coat every strand.
