A coarser texture than traditional pâté, this pâté is a real treasure chest of the summer's finest vegetables. Grown in Salento and hand-picked at their peak maturity from June to September to bring that feeling of walking into grandma's kitchen.
Sun-dried on open-air frames, prepared and then seasoned with crushed capers and pitted Leccine olives. A true vegetable garden in a jar, ready to spread on bruschette and frise (Typical from Puglia) or use as a sandwich filling.
