Carnaroli Wholemeal Rice

Wholemeal Carnaroli Rice is the most natural and complete version of Carnaroli.  Obtained through a delicate process to remove the outer skin (husk), preserving the films rich in fiber and lipids.

The grain is dark in color, with a firm consistency and a strong, rustic flavor, it is ideal to prepare wholemeal risottos, rice salads and as a side dish to meat or fish dishes. Its texture and intense flavor also make it suitable for vegetarian and vegan dishes.
