The Cacio e Pepe Sauce has a strong, yet refined taste.  Prepared with a traditional recipe from Rome, this takes a great experience to produce a truly creamy, well-balanced sauce.

Ready-to-use pasta sauce so that you can make one of Italy’s most iconic dishes in just a few simple steps.

For 6/7 servings.  For the best results, use the sauce with your preferred pasta share in plenty of salted water.  In the meantime, pour the jar of Cacio e Pepe Sauce into a non-stick pan and cook on a low heat.  Add a ladleful of the pasta water to the sauce to obtain a creamy mixture.  Drain the “al dente” pasta and stir it into the sauce.  Serve with grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste.
