Barbaresco docg Riserva Ovello

A fruity and graceful Barbaresco from the Ovello hills, one of the most historic and highly regarded vineyard areas "cru" in the Barbaresco wine region of Piedmont. The clayey soils lend a strong structure and powerful tannins, with primary notes of small red fruits complemented with complex, spicy notes.

The palate is soft and rounded, supported by a pleasant freshness and well-integrated tannins and is ideal to enjoy with Pasta and Rice dishes made with white and lite red meats, and wild meat.

Aged in Oak barrels for 36 months and recommended to decant and enjoy at temperatures between 18-20°C.
