Amatriciana spicy sauce

Amatriciana is prepared following the original Amatrice recipe, using only guanciale (cured pork cheek), tomato, and a pinch of chili pepper.  Quality ingredients and artisanal care in preparation are the secret this very tasty Amatriciana. 

Ready-to-use pasta sauce so that you can make one of Italy’s most iconic dishes in just a few simple steps.  

For 6/7 servings.  Amatriciana sauce is best served with durum wheat pasta cooked al dente, in your favorite shape.  Simply heat our sauce over low heat in a nonstick pan and toss the pasta as soon as it's cooked.  To finish, roughly crumble some crispy guanciale onto a plate.
