Very versatile, these are recommended to prepare for a wide range of dishes such as Ligurian pesto, walnut sauce, tomato and basil sauce, with vegetables of your choice, with olives or porcini mushrooms. with truffle or truffle cream, meat ragù or wild boar ragù.  Very difficult to go wrong with this creative pasta.
