Wild Deer Ragù

An artisan producer of Wild Deer Ragù producing the perfect blend of flavors and aromas to complement tomato sauce and wild deer meat.  Perfect for seasoning pasta dishes, with polenta or accompanying warm crostini.

Pasta: Combine with Pappardelle or Tagliatelle egg pasta.

Preparation: Warm the sauce gently in a pan over low heat - Do not let it boil. Once your pasta is cooked al dente, toss the pasta directly into the skillet with a splash of pasta water to let the sauce coat every strand.
